Dr. Online alcança conquista inédita na telemedicina

Durante o 41º Suesp, a Dr. Online, maior healthtech de telessaúde do Brasil e sócia da Unimed CNU, recebeu oficialmente a acreditação da Organização Nacional de Acreditação (ONA), principal entidade responsável por certificar a qualidade e a segurança dos serviços de saúde no país. Com o anúncio, a empresa tornou-se a primeira rede de telemedicina do Brasil acreditada pela Metodologia ONA na norma 2026–2029, no nível Bronze.
Parceiras desde 2022, a CNU e a Dr. Online oferecem soluções em telessaúde para consultas eletivas de diversas especialidades e de pronto-atendimento adulto e infantil, tudo com a praticidade do ambiente digital.
O reconhecimento valida esse modelo de cuidado que alia pioneirismo, qualidade e confiança, reforçando o compromisso com a excelência assistencial, a segurança do paciente, a governança clínica e a melhoria contínua dos processos.
Ampliação do acesso à saúde
Com cerca de 12 milhões de beneficiários, a Dr. Online desempenha papel estratégico na expansão da assistência médica por meio da tecnologia. A entrega do certificado de acreditação durante o evento chancela a importância da intercooperação no Sistema para impulsionar soluções inovadoras. A conquista é resultado do trabalho integrado das equipes da Dr. Online e do apoio de instituições como a ONA, a Faculdade Unimed e o Grupo IBES (Instituto Brasileiro para Excelência em Saúde), consolidando um avanço relevante para o fortalecimento da saúde digital no país.
