As parcerias firmadas pela CNU para atendimento de operadoras de autogestão em modelo de cessão de rede seguem expandindo as operações do Intercâmbio Nacional. Conforme divulgado recentemente – clique aqui para ler , a iniciativa insere mais de 180 mil novas vidas no ecossistema, ampliando as oportunidades para o Sistema Unimed por meio da geração de trabalho médico e incremento de receita às Singulares.
Por se tratar de um fluxo importante para a rotina das áreas que atuam na viabilização dos atendimentos de Intercâmbio, a CNU preparou a FAQ – Modelo de Contrato - Cessão de Rede para apoiar as Sócias na condução desses processos. O guia reúne as perguntas mais frequentes sobre elegibilidade de beneficiários, regras gerais de atendimento, fluxos de autorização e os canais diretos de suporte para as equipes das Singulares.
Além de esclarecer essas dúvidas, o documento visa à prevenção de inconformidades operacionais, como a importância do preenchimento correto do código IBGE do município onde o prestador está localizado, medida essencial para evitar negativas indevidas de atendimento aos clientes.
