Unimed CNU e InvestCoop ampliam parceria

Em 25 de novembro, a Unimed CNU oficializou a decisão de concentrar a gestão da sua carteira de investimentos na InvestCoop Asset Management, empresa gestora de recursos do Sistema Unimed . O encontro, realizado na sede da asset, reforça a parceria iniciada em 2020, a partir da aplicação das reservas técnicas.
O anúncio reafirma o compromisso da CNU com o fortalecimento do cooperativismo, ao optar por uma solução financeira profissional e pertencente ao Sistema Unimed. A InvestCoop já administra ativos acima de R$ 7 bilhões, atendendo a mais de 130 Unimeds.
Segundo o presidente da CNU, Luiz Otávio de Andrade, a decisão representa um alinhamento natural às estruturas já existentes: “A evolução dessa parceria consolida nossa visão sistêmica e traz para a CNU os benefícios de uma gestão especialista e dedicada, por meio de uma carteira administrada semelhante à da Seguros Unimed.”
Durante o evento, que reuniu dirigentes e executivos, o presidente da Seguros Unimed e CEO da InvestCoop, Helton Freitas, reforçou a relevância da parceria: “Intercooperação não é discurso. É prática. Quando unimos forças, ganhamos escala, eficiência e consistência. Esse passo reafirma que o Sistema Unimed tem capacidade técnica para gerir seus próprios recursos, com estratégia e valores cooperativistas.”
