Resultados do 1T2026 da ANS consolidam consistência operacional

Os resultados setoriais divulgados pela Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS), referentes ao primeiro trimestre de 2026, confirmam a trajetória consistente de recuperação dos indicadores operacionais e financeiros da Unimed CNU.
A Cooperativa se mantém entre as 15 melhores operadoras comerciais do país em resultado líquido, com R$ +63,2 milhões acumulados de janeiro a março – frente a R$ +39,7 milhões no exercício anterior. No contexto do Sistema Unimed, a CNU figura entre as sete operações com os melhores desempenhos.
O cenário demonstra a efetividade das medidas adotadas nos últimos 20 meses e a criação de bases sólidas para os próximos ciclos. A estratégia focada no cliente, sustentada pela eficiência e pela disciplina financeira , segue produzindo resultados concretos para manter a estabilidade do negócio e atender aos requisitos regulatórios estabelecidos pela ANS.
Resultado sustentado pela operação
A CNU evidencia, ainda, a resiliência de sua operação assistencial. Um dos destaques foi a composição do resultado líquido, apoiado no desempenho da operação de planos de saúde – o resultado operacional ultrapassou R$ +46 milhões no trimestre. Já o desempenho financeiro somou R$ +36,7 milhões, revertendo o resultado de R$ -29,5 milhões verificado no mesmo período de 2025.
O painel da ANS mostra que parte do setor ainda depende significativamente dos ganhos financeiros decorrentes das altas taxas de juros para sustentar suas margens. São 194 operadoras médico-hospitalares (30,41% do total) com prejuízo operacional no trimestre, das quais 139 (21,68%) registraram também prejuízo líquido.
