CNU: um dos melhores lugares para trabalhar

A Unimed CNU conquistou o 4º lugar na categoria Serviços de Saúde no prêmio "Lugares Mais Incríveis para Trabalhar" , promovido pelo jornal O Estado de S. Paulo (Estadão) em parceria com a FIA Business School. A cooperativa nacional também alcançou a 11ª posição entre as empresas de grande porte e o 33º lugar no ranking geral da edição 2025 .
Segundo o presidente da CNU, Luiz Otávio de Andrade, a premiação confirma a efetividade da estratégia da cooperativa de investir continuamente nas pessoas, promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional, a satisfação e o bem-estar dos funcionários: “Receber esse reconhecimento é um imenso orgulho para toda a Unimed CNU. Ele reflete nosso compromisso inegociável em construir um ambiente onde nossos colaboradores se sintam valorizados, respeitados e inspirados a oferecer o melhor cuidado a milhões de clientes”.
O prêmio é resultado de uma pesquisa nacional que avalia as melhores práticas de gestão de pessoas e clima organizacional, com base na percepção dos próprios colaboradores.
