O presidente da CNU, Luiz Otávio de Andrade, participou, em 14 de novembro, do Fórum de Convergência em Saúde – Judicialização e Sustentabilidade, promovido pela Unimed Teresina.
Em debate liderado pelo presidente da Sócia, Newton Nunes, Andrade abordou o tema “A Sustentabilidade do Sistema de Saúde Suplementar no Brasil” , ao lado do superintendente Operacional da Unimed Fesp, Mauro Couri, do consultor e ex-presidente da ANS, Paulo Rebello, e do superintendente Jurídico e de Relações Institucionais e Governamentais da Unimed do Brasil, Jeber Juabre Junior.
Em um diálogo rico com convidados e autoridades jurídicas da região, o presidente apresentou dados do aumento da judicialização e seus impactos diretos na operação e na sustentabilidade do setor e da cooperativa nacional.
“O cenário desafiador do setor reforça a necessidade de diálogo constante entre operadoras, Judiciário e órgãos reguladores, para encontrarmos alternativas que possibilitem a continuidade da prestação de serviços de qualidade aos beneficiários e a sustentabilidade do sistema de saúde suplementar”, enfatizou.
